Licensed Clinician

Position Description
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments.
- Work alongside clients in building a treatment plan to meet their goals.
- Provide individual counseling for your caseload.
- Provide internal referrals for medication management when appropriate.
- Coordinate with the internal team as necessary to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
- Referral to outside providers as needed.
- Collaborate with outside collaterals as necessary.
Qualifications:

Must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, clinical mental health, marriage and family counseling or a related field (as defined by Massachusetts licensing requirements).

Must be licensed as LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT or Psychologist by the state of Massachusetts.

Master's Level Clinician

Position Description
Supervision towards licensure provided!

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provides individual counseling for your assigned caseload.
- Options to provide family and couples counseling pending clinician's preference.
- Support clients in developing and reaching treatment goals.
- Work collaboratively with the internal treatment team.
- Collaborate with outside collaterals as needed.
- Make referrals to outside agencies as needed.
Qualifications:

Must have a Master’s degree in social work, clinical mental health, marriage and family counseling or a related field (as defined by Massachusetts licensing requirements).

Must be license eligible for LMHC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Position Description
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services.
- Maintain timely documentation for all services provided.
- Coordinate with the internal team as necessary to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
- Provide referral to outside providers as needed.
Qualifications:

Successful completion/graduation from an approved Nursing Educational Program for Practical Nurses (program must meet criteria set forth by the Nursing Board of Massachusetts).

License Requirements: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
